Step 2: Development Planning

  • Creating a Development Plan: The coach helps the executive to develop a plan that outlines the steps needed to achieve the set goals. This plan may include skill development, behavioral changes, and strategies to address specific challenges.
  • Resource Identification: Identification of resources needed for development, such as training programs, reading materials, or mentorship opportunities.

Step 3: Implementation and Action
